Vintage Mid 20th Century Asian-Four Folding Panels- Asian Black Lacquered Panel:

These four folding panel vintage Asian-Chinese floor screens from the late nineteenth century are stunning in every way. These exquisite four hinged panels are double-sided, with distinct harmonious scenes on both sides. Both sides are in black Lacquered wood, with birds, flowers and foliage carved in the wood and inlaid representing the charm of Asian Art and functionality.

These screens are commonly known as coromandel screens. They measure 16” wide x 72” in height. Each panel has two brass capped feet with brass hinges in between each panel.

The condition of these panels are great. They do have consistent wear for age. There are minor scratches and marks. Overall great patina and a great accent to own and enjoy for many years.
