Condition is new unused. The lighter sparks, but did not produce a flame. I did not further test it. The lighter is black, with reflective brown decals on the sides. The base has an ashtray with lid. Very space-age looking. The lighter comes in the original box, never removed until the photos. The lighter is 4 3/4\" tall.
