With the iconic Lucretia Vanderbilt butterfly on blue, this tiny lip rouge compact is vintage but staring straight into the face of antiquity. The line was established in the 1920s and no one knows for certain who \"Lucretia\" was. Many theories have been floated throughout the years. The company was successful but had somewhat of a scandalous history. The compact is 1 1/8 in. In diameter. It is signed, as seen in the photos. It also bears the name Rachel which was the shade of powder. In the early days, there were three shades offered: Blanche(white). Naturelle(pink) and Rachel(cream).
