This vintage wooden box is a rare piece of history from the Liberty Powder Co. It has been well-preserved and is perfect for collectors of antique boxes. The wood is in great shape for the age. The ink on a few of the prints is a bit faded but most of the wording is legible. This crate was used previously to transport permissible explosives produced right here in Pittsburgh, PA. The crate has some scratches, stains, and chips throughout but overall it’s a very solid piece. It measures about 17.5” x 13” x 10.5”.
