Here is a Vintage or possibly Antique, Langlois New York Shari Rouge & Powder Compact Unused In Original Silk Box. These were produced in the 1920\'s.

The compact appears to be in new condition, with little sheets covering the full rouge and powder spots, along with the powder puffs unused. The puffs do show some impressions of where they have been set in the compact. This is the oldest set I have ever found in original box with the powder and even rogue unused!!

The compact contains \"Radiance Rouge\" and \" Rachel Light\" powder.

The compact is 2\" wide. It is a silver tone metal with gold tone top of flowers and vines over an imitation mother of pearl. It says \"Shari\" on the bottom front. It has a little clasp to keep the compact closed. The back states \" Langlois New York\" with a flower blossom design. The middle of the back is slightly discolored as if it once had a sticker or something.

The compact opens to a double sided mirror and powder puff with a blue backing. A thin sheet covers the power. The mirror flips back to reveal another smaller powder puff and another thin sheet covering the rouge.

The compact comes in the original box with a silk design of cherry blossoms and butterflies and a silk floral design along the sides. It is just over 3\" wide. The bottom has a dark green velvet with an impression perfect for the compact to fit. The outside of the box and inside velvet both show some signs of age with slight discoloration, as can be seen in the photos. The very back of the box has a small sticker of the names of the Rouge and powder.

I left the box and compact as is. I wanted to leave it in as original condition as possible. Please see photos as best representation of condition. Great for collectors!
