Neat vintage knee hugger. He is outfitted in red felt with gold trim and gold paper buttons. He is wearing black plastic boots. There is some staining on him and there are a few holes (all pictured). His face is a little \"grungy\" around his cheeks. Dimensions: 10\" tall (without including hat).
