Vintage Jaru CaliforniaPottery Gold Chalkware Owls 5” and 3.5” 1970’s Set of Jaru CaliforniaPottery owls. They are in excellent condition. The small owl is approximately 5inches long and 3.5 inches tall. The large owl is approximately 5 inches longand 5 inches tall. These are in very goodcondition, Free of chips. Minor scratches.
Larger owl measures 5" high and smaller owlmeasures about 3 1/2". These are veryheavy, solid chalkware pieces. These pieces are made ofheavy plaster ware with antiqued gold finish. The gold finish evokesthe glamour of Hollywood Regency style. The design and expression of thefigurines fit with the 70's "mod" theme. Felt is applied to bottom of figurines toprotect surfaces. A vintage large goldgilded plaster (distinctively red paint by Jaru) barn owls by Jaru Art Productsof California, c 1970’s.
