This is a collectible pin from the Israel Boy and Girl Scouts Federation. Measures 20 x 14mm. Oldest insignia.I have different types up for sale now. This is the earliest type I have. It seems this one is possibly from the 1930\'s or earlier, this has a radicallydifferent insignia for the federation (A fleur-de-lis over a Magen David rather than the fleur-de-lis and clover on the sides tilted, with a menorah in the middle),This also of course has the early safety pin type and the metal is of the earlier simpler type, does not appear to be brass.

The Israel Boy and Girl Scouts Federation, Hit\'ahdut HaTzofim VeHaTzofot BeYisrael is Israel\'s federation of the five Scouting organizations in Israel. Some 90,000 boys and girls belong to organizations in the federation.
The first Scout and Guide groups were founded in 1919. The federation was created in 1954 under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Education. The Israeli Scouts movement became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1951, after the establishment of the State of Israel and became a member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in 1963.
