An exceptional high quality 1940's International Edge Tool Co. Bullnose Butcher's Lamb Splitter. Truly a beast of a tool!

Excellent as acquired condition with blade stain patina, spots of pit marks, age wear and marks to scales few impact marks to spine, rock solid and tight as it should be.

At 2 lbs. 1 oz. this splitter is more than capable of hog, lamb and beef splitting, large game processing, butchering and slaughterhouse duties.

The hand forged high carbon steel blade is constructed full tang with hand hatched solid wood scales secured with three large brass rivets, hanging hole on end.

Splitter measures 16” long overall with a full 10” blade. Blade is signed International Edge Tool Co. Solid Steel Newark NJ.
