This is a small pocket tape measure marked Illinois D.O.T. District 7 Maintenance Safety Award. The main body is plastic, but the tape is metal. It seems to pull out and retract like it should, though I didn\'t pull it out to it\'s full length. It measures approximately 1.5\" x 1.5\" x 0.5\". There is a chain attached so it could be used as a keychain also. Please check out the pics and let me know if you have questions.
