Hello and thank you for looking at our store and hope you enjoy what is being offered for sale.
Up for your consideration is this woundful set made by a tiny Italian woman in Monterey, California.
She had tons of the most wonderful linens that I've ever seen, and I have quite a collection and I've been to many estate sales over the years.
This exquisite set, as stated above, was probably created and then stored safely away for decades, waiting for that "special occasion" that does not appear to have ever happened.
This set is comprised of a large (approximately) 88" wide by 103" long top white sheet with two matching pillowcases, measuring approximately 21.5" wide by 31-33.5" long. (including the scalloped edging on that last measurement.)
I believe the top sheet will work on either a full/standard mattress, POSSIBLY a queen mattress depending upon how long you prefer the sheet to hang on either side.
This set has a little of everything: scalloped edging finished with a matching crochet thread in a fuchia pink and white, matching the florets on the sheet and the pillowcases.
Note the darling embroidered flower basket pattern repeated three times on the top sheet: on either end and one in the center. This set alone had to take her weeks if not months to complete! Beautiful!!
Never used but I note a few storage spots that developed over the decades. They can be found on the sheet and pillowcases. I mention for complete accuracy, but there are very few total. I believe a Clorax bleach pen will lift these spots, but I have so many items to list, many more lovely linens, that I just do not have the time to do so.
As I previously stated, they are breathtaking either in a ladies bedroom, guest room an an upscale bed and breakfast.
No holes, rips, tears or repairs. No odors. No label.
