This is a preowned but never used character mug of Tony Weller produced by Artone and hand-painted in England. The \"Tony Weller\" name is embossed on the bottom border of the mug. Colors are bright and vivid with a nice glossy sheen finish. Very nice vintage condition. Some storage wear discoloration on bottom rim.
