Finely detailed Indonesian Singa Bersayap or Winged Lion figure, 8 3/4 (22.2cm) high, hand carved from hard dense heavy wood. Some area of loss, please see condition description and photos for details. This is still a stunning piece with the level of detail showing the skill and craftsmanship of the carver. We believe this piece dates from the mid twentieth century.
