Copyright 1952 by Grandma Moses

Grandma Moses, was an Americanfolk artist. She began painting in earnest at the age of 78 and is a prominent example of a newly successful art career at an advanced age. Moses gained popularity during the 1950s, having been featured on a cover ofTime Magazinein 1953, was a subject of numerous television programs and of a 1950 Oscar-nominated biographical documentary. Her autobiography, titled, \"My Life\'s History\", was published in 1952. She died December 13, 1961 at the age of 101.

Great pre-owned condition. Clean. No cracks or chips, but I did find one small mark on the side that appears to be from a knife or similar object. It is not highly noticeable but I have highlighted it in the photos for you. Sold as is. Photos are of the exact item you will receive.
