This exquisite 8.5\" porcelain figurine is from the \'Ladies\' collection produced by Goebel in West Germany between 1979 and 1988 when the line was discontinued. The 1903 is part of the named of the figurine and not the date of production. This figurine was intended to portray how a lady of fashion looked while playing tennis in 1903. Meticulously designed and hand painted this item is very collectible - for both the tennis buff and the Goebel collector. I find no chips, cracks, or crazing in this beauty.
