Very nice Griswold New American #8 waffle iron with low handle base. Model numbers 976, 977 and 974B base. The hinge is an early “ball” hinge style. The patent date is 1901. This set has been fully restored and seasoned. It is ready for use.
There are no cracks and it sits flat. There is some pitting on the base, but otherwise in very nice shape. This will make a nice addition to someone’s collection.
The handles are exact reproductions of the original style handles.
