I believe this to be the Cute Elf on the front.I am unsure of the age of this item, the box is in rough shape, there is a piece that is coming off of the front flap as shown in pictures, this is untested. You are buying as is.
This is a very cool looking box, and the heating pad itself is in good condition still, the pad itself does show signs of use. Please review all pictures well.
