This vintage French porcelain soup tureen and lid is a stunning piece of art with hand-painted floral patterns and adorable birds. The face masks on the side of the bowl make this piece very rare and unique. The round shape and green and white color make it suitable for all occasions.
This item is 6.5-inch item diameter and 3 lb 11 ounces. The soup tureen with lid stands 13 inches tall and 10 inches wide. The pot itself is 6 1/2 inch diameter and 6 inches deep. The cultural and historical significance of French porcelain is evident in this masterpiece.
There is no brand stamp on the bottom of the tureen but from my research I believe it could be Apilco porcelain made in France. This piece is stunning.
No chips or cracks.
