Vintage Folk Art Howling Coyote Large Carved Wood Hector Rascon 1987 Southwest:

Fantastic large hand carved wood folk art piece from 1987 signed by artist Hector Rascon. Hector is a well known New Mexico folk artist with Mexican roots.

“Howling Coyote”. Gray, black and white with some pink and red accents.

Approximately 17” tall and 10” at the base (tail).

In good vintage condition with a couple of small nicks on the body and some paint loss on the bottom. But otherwise displays great and is a wonderful large piece of vintage collectible southwestern folk art.

I purchased this in the late 1980’s in Santa Fe, New Mexico and am the original and only owner.
