Vintage Estate Fleur De Lis (GBD) Meer Lined Pot Shaped Pipe 9442-Large Bowl:

The Fleur de Lis brand was produced by GBD in France. Apparently they made only Meerschaum lined briars. This pot is about 5 1/2” long, bowl is 1 5/8” tall, 1 1/2” wide. ID 1 3/16”, depth 1 1/4”. Marked on one side of bit Fleur de Lis in script/ MEERSCHAUM LINED, other side FRANCE/ 9442. No other marks detected.
Saddle Bit is well-seated push fit, no filter, clean and polished, showing oxidation and some chatter. Stummel is milk chocolate colored, flame grain, some handling wear, dings, clean smooth rim, Meerschaum lining intact, lightly caked bowl. Large bowl on a fairly compact pipe!
