Fan does not come one, could be the cord could be something else, selling as-is and for parts repair etc. By the looks of the cord, we would assume this is the problem. Is very large measures 28 inches tall, 23 inches across the cage, and weighs about 30lbs. Do believe it could be a Westinghouse brand when comparing it to others online. Sorry can not offer returns on this item due to its size and the associated shipping cost. So please view all photos up close as this is the exact item being sold and that you will receive. It does not currently come on as stated. Blades do turn with ease when we spun them, so is not locked up.
