LOVELY VINTAGE TEACUP & SAUCER SET

Lovely vintage Shelley cup and saucer set in the Dainty shape - cup measures 2-1/4\" tall by 3-1/3\" wide, and saucer measures 5-1/2\" wide. Featuring a charming blue floral and trim pattern on a white ground, both pieces bear the FINE BONE CHINA ~ SHELLEY ~ ENGLAND mark - pattern name is BLUE ROCK 13591.

Condition is lovely with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage - the set rings true when tapped - no wear to the blue trim- does not appear to have been used much if at all. Just a prettiest set - so cheerful and springy - I believe it dates to the late 1940s or early 1950s. Wonderful addition to any home, table, collection or display!
