This is an oversized real photo postcard RPPC of the Oxford Crew teams on the River Thames. It measures 7.75” x 5.75” and has a divided back
On the front, 5 or 6 crew teams are shown on the River Thames along with audience, flags, etc. assume it’s a race not a practice based on how many people are watching. At the bottom center appear the words, in white text, Oxford Crews
On the back it refers to the card as a Pictorial Card and has a dividing line. In the upper left corner it says “per book post”. There is also printed text that says “if used for correspondence, postage at letter rate is required” “If sent with address only 1/2d stamp is sufficient” Part of the Frith’s Series
Condition, see photos for detailed condition. This is the item you will receive. The corners aren’t as crisp as new, but excellent condition given it’s age and size.
