Vintage Columbian D44 M2 Swivel Bench Vise; 4 in. Jaws; Machinist, Mechanic:

This is an older Columbian D44 M2 swivel bench vise. The only defect I could find in it (besides flaky paint and shop grime) is a chip out of the cast iron just below the jaw on one side. (See Main Pic).

The vise has 4 in. jaws and stands 7.25 in. tall.
This vise is in good working order; opens and closes easily. Swivel lock works well; There are pipe jaws and a rebar jaw below the main jaws.

The jaw surfaces are worn smooth. There is no hole drilled through the main bolt, making for a stronger bolt. The main nut is good.

The vise is disassembled for shipping. I did not want the shipping apes to break the swivel base.

I must get my items to the Post office before 1:30 pm Mon-Friday. That means in order for me to have time to prepare your package, I have to have your payment before 12 noon, for the package to go out THAT DAY.
