This item is a wall clock that features a business advertisement in the clock face. The business is Columbia Steel & Matel Co., Inc 1148 Shop Road, Columbia, South Carolina. The casing has a faux wood appearance, probably plastic. The clock face with the numbers and advertisement is made of thin cardboard. The cardboard clockface does not lay flat against the back. The casing can probably be taken apart and the cardboard face pushed back down. It is powered by a single AA battery, and it does work. This item does show some slight signs of age and wear but hardly noticeable.
