Early Collins & Co Machete No. 1077 measuring 24.25" overall with a blade length of 18". Very good condition showing some age patina, wear, use, approx. 3 tiny dings on the blade edge. Unusual and very nice looking 3 iron rivet, light oak wood handle with finger contour grooves on it, no cracks on handle, and is tight to blade. Ricasso area of blade shows strong Collins markings with model, etc. Just to the right of that shows a light hand made etching of a individual's name.
