For sale is a vintage hobbyist Christmas piece made by the Carmelite Nuns of San Antonio Texas in the 1960’s. It is 8.25” in diameter and 6” tall. This is a handmade piece with 3 hand painted and glazed ceramic angels standing in a circle around a hand painted and glazed ceramic baby Jesus. They are glued to a ceramic platform with iridescent glitter underneath them. The bottom of the platform has feet and felt. It is signed “Handmade by Carmelite Nuns San Antonio TX”. It is a beautiful one of a kind piece.
