Vintage Chocolate Mold BIG Bacchus with Rabbit 8 3/4 inches Jaburg #3:

This is a really big egg! Can you imagine how much chocolate it would take to fill it? Entire mold measures 8 3/4 inches by 6 inches with about 3 inches of depth from each side so would make a 81/2 by 6 inch by 6 inchchocolate egg. You are getting a half egg mold.
Features Bacchus with grapes and grape leaves above his hide. On both sides are bunnies and one is lifting a glass of wine to him. Below that are 2 smaller bunnies that are dancing. Lots of detail to this mold.
This mold was made by Jaburg somewhere between 1923 and 1940.This mold has quite a bit of wear to it. On the outside there is a nice patina with even wear to the more raised surfaces. On the inside it\'s mostly shiny with some wear (and I think still some chocolate) to the crevices. You might be able to polish the inside completely smooth if you want to use it for chocolate or beeswax or whatever.
