This vintage Chinese sandalwood folding hand fan is a delicate work of art, showcasing intricate carvings. The fan is beautifully colored in shades of pink and yellow, adding to its overall charm. The origin of the fan is unknown, but it is believed to be of Chinese origin.
I have had this fan since I was young and it\'s been stored in a drawer with potpourri so there is a slight floral smell.
Glass top case has a pencil-tip bubble on the inside (circled in blue). The back of the fan has a few blades that are darker in nature (circled in blue). Length is 8\" closed with the span being 14\".
It\'s delicate and the blades are held with invisible thread.
This fan stands out from the others due to the coloring & nice conditiion of the box.
