I never opened the plastic box until I took the photos for this listing, so this is New Old Stock (NOS). I don’t know much about this item except that I bought it some time around 15-20 years ago, and it pictures Chairman Mao Zedong, the leader of Communist China from 1949-1976. When striking mechanism is engaged the lighter sparks, so if you add fuel it likely will work.
