This MINI Vintage 1950's Children's Playing Card Set in its Original Plastic Case with deck dividers (lid and box exteriors have tape residue and a spot of glue on exterior bottom, lid has cracks - see picture), instruction cards for each game, and the manufacturer's ad card (someone wrote Old Maid on it (see picture). Includes 4 MINI decks of cards: Hearts, Old Maid, Animal Rummy, and Crazy Eights (177 cards). Produced by Whitman Publishing Company, these cards feature charming animals, numbers, and characters. Made in the United States in the city of Racine, Wisconsin and classified as vintage (pre-1970), these cards are a Collectible Item for any Card Game Enthusiast, Junk Journal Craftsman (slipped into pockets), or Collage The old maid seems to have been the favorite because of the wear - the Old Maid card has a small tear on one side and it along with many in the deck have creases (it definitely had some love along with the fun!), the Hearts is complete, Crazy Eights has a #3 missing, and Animal Rummy has 4 cards missing. TOTAL OF 177 CARDS with Vintage Graphics with pastel backgrounds. Set in original box that measures 7" long x 2 3/4" wide x 3/4" high. Cards are 2 1/2" high x 1 10/16" wide.
