The lid does not come off. This piece is damage free. No chips, cracks, or breaks. This item does not have any markings. This looks to be the original cord. The cord measures roughly 54 inches. The cord has a push-button switch built into it. The lamp measures roughly 5.25 inches tall and roughly 4 inches in diameter. It is a small lamp.
