Vintage Ceramic Hawaiian Polynesian Woman Head Bust, MCM Art Signed 1966:

Marwal made a series of chalkware busts in this style of a young woman with a hibiscus flower in her hair in the 1950s; this was followed by reproductions decorated by "naive" artists out of ceramic material. This particular ceramic Marwal reproduction was signed by someone with the initials "SV" and dated 1966.
It measures about 9 1/4" tall, 5 1/2" across, and 4 1/2" in depth.
The piece is in great condition given its age. There are just some tiny nicks and knocks here and there. The colors are quite striking and very well done.
