Vintage cast bronze bear cigarette and match holder. The larger part of the hollow tree would have held cigarettes and the other part would have held the matches. This was made by Dodge Inc. A Ray E. Dodge Factory. Ray E. Dodge started the company who made the Oscar and Emmy statuettes among many other trophy and metal items.
It measures approximately 3 1/4" long and 3" high. It is a nice heavy cast metal (most likely bronze). It has a lot of texture, you can see and feel the tree bark and the bear's fur. It's in good shape with only some expected wear to the metal's finish. Please see our photos as they are part of the description.
