This is a vintage 1991 Care Bears Bedtime Bear portable lamp/nightlight made by Happiness Express. It is made of plastic and has a blue color with yellow light.

The lamp is corded and has a rotary knob control style.

Voltage is 120V.

The lamp is in working condition and was manufactured in Macao during the 1990s.
