Pre-owned condition. Most of the piece has minor wear from age. Flowers/plants are in very good condition overall and the plastic planter portion has some slight wear to one side and very slight paint loss to lettering. There were once small cardboard signs that came out of the planter where the plants are but they were ripped off at some point, but those pieces that were ripped off are included. They have very slight staining and minor wear otherwise. Sold as is. See pictures for details
