This vintage Comet tea kettle is a unique addition to any kitchen or collection. With a capacity of 4 quarts, it is perfect for making tea or coffee for large gatherings. Great for camping. As a young child, I wasn\'t privileged to indoor plumbing. My mother heated water for washing dishes, cleaning, and cooking.

The kettle is made of aluminum with a chrome finish and comes with a black handle and knob. The Comet brand is known for its quality, and this vintage kettle is no exception. It is a great way to add a touch of nostalgia to your home or as a gift for a collector. It has normal signs of years of use, such as scratches, scrapes, and a dent or two. There are some baked on black stains remaining after cleaning. I removed any lime build-up, common with country hard water.
