Make me an Offer !!Michael Costa (Feb. 4, 1810 - April 29, 1884) was an Italian-born British composer and conductor.He was born at Naples into a family of Sephardic background. Before the age of 20 he had traveled to England and been useful at a music festival in Birmingham; he acquired British nationality about 10 years laters, and repeatedly conducted various British orchestras for a period of over four decades.He wrote nine operas and ballets, and four oratorios and cantatas.He died at Brighton at the age of 74.
