Up for sale is this very cool and unusual bronze Chinese style Dragon holding a large Ball or globe, which as you can see from the photos, it can be removed from the stand it sits on) which is also the same material. This sculp has some weight to it, and it came from the estate of a collector of far eastern art and oddities. The dragon appears to be a Chinese style dragon, and the ball could represent power or money, but I can’t say for sure, so I’ll leave that up to you. There are many other dragons similar to this which state the same (balls represent power or money) , but I was unable to find another that was exactly like this one. It has a small hole in it which I assume was made during the manufacturing process. Made in Korea, I don’t know the date on this dragon, it looks vintage and the patina also looks vintage, but I can’t say for sure since the label doesn’t indicate the date of production. Whatever it is, it’s a great addition to your library, study or if you collect dragons. From the online research I did, it’s doubtful that you’ll cross another like this any time soon.

Length is just over 12” and ball is 4” diameter. Weight is 3lbs 3 oz.
