The large plate on bottom is 12” and the smaller plate on top is 10”.

The hardware has obviously been replaced and it is not very strong. These plates are heavy. You can order hardware replacements on Amazon. It definitely needs to be replaced with stronger hardware. You can get them for $7-$8.

The plates weigh 5 lbs together.
