This was the famous brother of former President Jimmy Carter, Billy, who decided to cash in on his brother fame, by selling cheap beer.. Not only a great piece of Beer history, but an excellent 1970s political oddity in itself.

NOS New, which the Delivery People had sewn ontheir jacket or hat.

Looks like this is from the 1970s
