This is a vintage Bialetti heavy gauge aluminum roasting pan, with rack. The inside has a non-stick surface. The aluminum walls are a little over 1/16 inch thick. This has heavy duty cast aluminum handles that are riveted on and have the Bialetti company name spelled out in high relief. Bialetti, an Italian company, is world renowned for it's professional cookware and bakeware made of high quality materials and superior craftsmanship.
This is heavy duty aluminum with a non-stick interior and a steel roasting rack. The interior is in fantastic shape without any scratches or stains, except for four small 'divots' rubbed away from the non-stick coating where the steel roasting rack sits. Please look at picture # 4. The exterior has some heavy scratches, but these can be polished out if you want to do that. I didn't feel that was necessary.
