This is a beautiful little vintage mini shaving kit made by Gillette. I inherited this from my mom who had it for years but basically stored it away in a box for many years. I\'m downsizing many collectibles so this one is now up for sale! It was made in West Germany. See photo of interior of the kit that says \"leather, West Germany\". The interior is red. The exterior is a beige/tan leather. I haven\'t seen many this particular color, most seem to be dark brown, so this one may be a little more rare? It still contains a Gillette razor blade on one side of the kit. The other side contains the knurled handle shaving handle. The inner attachments are firmly attached, and firmly hold the shaving items firmly. The red interior is so pretty! The zipper operates perfectly, with no looseness or malfunction of the zipper. This mini shaver measures approximately 2 inches or so in length/width. The front of the shaver features a tiny gold embossed shaver. So cute and so vintage!
I am guessing this one is from approximately 1950\'s. My mom owned this for a long time, as far back as I can remember so I think that\'s a pretty good approximation of the timeframe on this item.And the razor blade hasn\'t been touched in all that time so I\'m also making an educated guess that it is also original or at least pretty old!
