This is a gorgeous figurine that\'s been in my family for quite some time. She has such an expressive face. Expertly and beautifully hand painted. Made in Italy but I don\'t know what company. But it makes me think she\'s in the style of Capodimonte. She\'s got weight to her too.
There is a mark on the back of her dress with an ineligible name with a seahorse stamp next to it. Below that it says made in Italy and below that it says Depose. You can see this in the last picture. I\'ve never seen another figurine like it. I\'ve searched all over the internet with no luck. If you know the maker, please let me know.
The ribbon on her hat has one end broken off as well as some of the flowers in her basket and one of them in her hand have some petals missing. There are a couple minor shallow chips on the very bottom of her skirt that are not see when she\'s sitting in place. These are all I notice. She has some weight to her too.
