The package has seen better days. It appears the pen made it thru undamaged. The plastic surrounding the pen has cracks and there is a chance the pen was pulled out, however the estate this came from would indicate it was never removed. I'll take a return on this if it is used, but the exact pen in the exact condition will need sent back for a refund. Ask any questions you might have and let me know if you need any more pictures.
