Wheneverpossible, I ship largeitemsin such a way as to avoid these extra charges. Ioften make my own box ifthis willpreventthe shipping costfrombumping up to ahigherprice tier. Ialso offer combined shipping when purchasing more than one item –please see details below.

-Do you offer combined shipping? Yes, I am happy to combine shipping for you whenpurchasing more than one item. Inorder to take advantage of combined shipping youmust use the “Add to Cart” button optionon the listing page.Allitems must be paid for together at one time inorderto receive the discount. Usingthe “Buy it Now” button will result in separate purchases and theshipping discountcannot be given.Onceyou have all the items you would like to purchase in your cart, clickon “Request Total”. -Ientered the wrong shipping address, what do I do? Beforeyou place an order, please make sure the address you have provided iscorrect. Anyaddress changes must bemadebeforecompleting the checkout process. All packages will be shipped to theaddress used at checkout, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made! Ifyou pay for your order and then realize the address is wrong,please send me a message. Aslong as the package has not yet shipped, Ishouldbe able towork something out. Ifyouraccount indicates the item is already shipped, there is nothing I cando. If the package isreturned due to an error in the information provided, I will not beheld responsible. OnceI receive your package and confirm I was sent back the same item Isent out,youwill receive a full refund of the purchase price and any applicablesales tax. -How long will it take to get my package?Packagestypically ship the same or next business day after receiving acleared payment. Business days are Monday – Friday, excludingholidays. I often ship on Saturdays as well but it cannotbe guaranteed.Allitemsare carefully packagedandship via USPS orUPS unlessotherwise indicated.I reserve the right to use other carriers at my discretion as deemedappropriate. Theestimated delivery date is determined based on the delivery addressyou enter and should be clearly noted on the listing and/or beforeyou checkout. Once the package leaves my possession, I do not haveany control over whenit arrives.

-What type of packaging do you use?Imake every effort to ship items in the smallest, lightest & mostcompact packaging possible. Clothing & textile items oftenship in a poly bag as thisadd verylittle tothe shipping weight. If you want to avoid plastic, please contact mebefore purchase so I can adjust the shipping weight/cost to reflectthe weight of a box. Ireuse boxes & packing material whenever possible. So your box orpackage may not be the most beautiful you’ve ever received but it’snot because I don’t appreciate you! Reuse is better for the planet& it helps me keep my overhead low, which, in turn, means I canpass those savings on to you!

-Do you use stock photos? No,absolutely not! I physically photograph each &everyitem I list. Theitem you see in the photos is the item you will receive. Imakeevery effort toupload only photos that provide a clear, accurate representation ofthe item and the colors. However,dueto inconsistencies in various monitor or screen settings,thecolorsyou seemay notbe an accurate representation of the actual product.Items are described and photographed to providefull detail but if you have any questions please don't hesitate toask! I am happy to provide additional information or photos uponrequest. All items ship from aclean, smoke free home. Ioften do not know what kind of environment they were in beforehand,but I will never list anything that smells of smoke orhas odorsof any kind. We do not have cats but we do have dogs. However, theydo nothelp me with my work! My inventory is photographed& stored in an areawhere they are not allowed.

-How are measurements taken? All measurementsprovided are taken by hand and should be considered approximate.I do not own a micrometeror any kind of digital measuring device so pleaseallow for a slight margin of error.if you requirea precise measurement to 10 decimal pointsyou may need to lookelsewhere. Ifit is a clothing item being measured, please keep in mind thatclothing can vary quite abit between brands even if the tagged sizes are the same. Pleasealways refer to the measurements given &compare them to a similar garment that fits you well. If themeasurements I take by hand seem to deviate substantially from thetagged size, the itemmay be listedas the size that matchesthe measurements,rather than the tagged size, so that the right individuals can findit.
