This comes from a smoke free home. Will need batteries. All the lights work, they don’t all come on right away. Not sure if that’s what it supposed to do because they twinkle and go off and on to make him sparkle. They seem to work now. If one didn’t come on, I wiggled it a little bit and then it did come on, so I’m Not sure if it will need new bulbs in the future. I don’t have the plug-in so it can only work off battery.
