Vintage Art Deco Fountain Pen Desktop Holder in Black & Chrome. Has some kind of maker\'s stamp under base, not sure what maker.Functions well, does not come with a pen, but shown in photo #2 with a Pilot G2 store bought pen. (That pen was almost out of ink, so not included.) But you could easily find a pen to work with this. Tiny bit of finish wear on the black top edge as shown, and there is some ink underneath the metal base.Would be great for a desktop, or if you had an event where people had to sign in.
From an estate where former owner had a nice collection of DECO items. This came out of a happy home.
