Offered is a Vintage Ardalt Lenwile Hand Painted PedestalCompote Bowl produced in Japan. Floraland Gold Gilding over Light Lavendar.The pedestal portion of the bowl is white. Ardalt Lenwile was an American company thatimported into America a variety of china products that were made primarily inJapan. They started importing in 1945and reportedly went out of business in the 1980’s. They were located on Madison Ave in New York.

The compote is in very good condition for its age with no chips,cracks, or crazing. The gilding andpainting are also in very good condition with no damage found.

Measurements are 7” tall x 7 ¾” rim diameter with a 4”square base.
