Beautiful tin taper candle holder. I don't know the history of this piece but it resembles an antique Victorian chamberstick candle holder. By the looks of it's patina and construction it might be a turn of the century antique but please use your own judgement. The heart and bow design is lovely and subtle. It makes a lovely decor piece. 

There is wear and patina from age and use. The piece is intact. Please see pictures for condition detail.
